個人簡介:從事(shì)極端環境新型功能(néng)防護塗層跨尺度結構設計及表界面(miàn)行爲研究。2011年博士畢業于中科院蘭州化學(xué)物理研究所,師從薛群基院士。任職中科院海洋新材料與應用技術重點實驗室主任、中國(guó)機械工程學(xué)會表面(miàn)工程分會青年學(xué)組主任、中國(guó)機械工程學(xué)會表面(miàn)工程分會第六屆委員會委員、非金屬耐蝕材料及先進(jìn)制備技術委員會副主任委員。《中國(guó)表面(miàn)工程》、《摩擦學(xué)報》編委會委員,《材料保護》第一屆青年編委會委員。入選中科院“西部之光”人才計劃、浙江省WR、江蘇省雙創人才,榮獲2019年度溫詩鑄楓葉獎-優秀青年學(xué)者獎。主持國(guó)家傑出青年基金、聯合基金重點項目、國(guó)家重點研發(fā)計劃項目、兩(liǎng)機重大專項課題、民用航天項目、中科院重點部署項目、中科院STS項目、浙江省尖兵計劃、浙江省傑出青年基金等國(guó)家級、省部級項目18項,授權發(fā)明專利55件,美國(guó)專利1件,發(fā)表SCI/EI論文200餘篇,合作編著專著3部,制定和參與制定行業及團體标準7件,獲國(guó)家技術發(fā)明二等獎(排名3)、第二十三屆中國(guó)專利獎銀獎(排名1)、浙江省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(排名2)、甘肅省技術發(fā)明一等獎(排名3)、省自然科學(xué)三等獎(排2)、航天集團技術發(fā)明獎(排名2)、中國(guó)腐蝕與防護學(xué)會科學(xué)技術獎(排名5)。
